Baraliakos et al. evaluated the long-term safety and efficacy of bimekizumab in axSpA through a 2-year analysis of the BE MOBILE 1 and BE MOBILE 2 studies. Bimekizumab was well tolerated, with a consistent safety profile and no new safety signals. Clinical improvements, including ASAS40 response and MRI remission, were sustained through Wk104.

Cai et al. demonstrated that xeligekimab significantly improved the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) scores in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, with 90.7% achieving PASI 75 at week 12. Xeligekimab was well-tolerated with no unexpected safety concerns.

Baraliakos, et al. present data from two Phase 3 studies, BE MOBILE 1 and BE MOBILE 2, that investigated the clinical efficacy and safety of bimekizumab in axSpA patients. They found that bimekizumab had sustained and consistent efficacy in patients with nr-axSpA and r-axSpA.
