Treatment with risankizumab provides durable improvement in the signs and symptoms of PsA across all the GRAPPA disease domains and related conditions. This post hoc analysis by Coates et al. aimed to assess the efficacy of long-term treatment with risankizumab across the updated GRAPPA domains and key related conditions of PsA.

June 2024

Kwatra et al. found that risankizumab significantly improves clinical signs and symptoms of enthesitis and/or dactylitis in PsA patients, with substantial and sustained efficacy observed up to 52 weeks. Furthermore, these improvements were met by meaningful gains in patient reported outcomes.

May 2023

Evidence from two phase 3 RCTs showed that patients with PsA and axial involvement had greater responses when treated with a once-daily oral dose of 15 mg upadacitinib versus placebo, and a similar or greater response versus adalimumab. Safety results were comparable between patients with or without axial involvement.
