Gender-specific Differences in Patients with Psoriatic Arthritis Receiving Ustekinumab or Tumour Necrosis Factor Inhibitor: Real-world Data

These real-world data from PsABio on gender differences suggest that, at the start of biologic treatment, females have a worse clinical picture of PsA than males. In coming to these conclusions and others, this study sought to investigate effects of gender on disease characteristics and treatment impact in patients with PsA.

Achilles Enthesitis on Physical Examination Leads to Worse Outcomes After 2 Years of Follow up in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis From REGISPONSER-AS Registry

Efficacy and Safety of Combination Targeted Therapies in Immune-mediated Inflammatory Disease: The COMBIO Study

This study suggested that COMBIO (combination of targeted therapy) appears to be effective in achieving significant and mild-to-moderate improvement in half and a quarter of patients with IMIDs, respectively. This was an ambispective study of a French cohort of patients from gastroenterology, rheumatology, and dermatology.

Identification of novel off targets of baricitinib and tofacitinib by machine learning with a focus on thrombosis and viral infection

Efficacy and safety of subcutaneous vedolizumab in patients with moderately to severely active crohn’s disease: Results from the VISIBLE 2 randomised trial

Bimekizumab was more efficacious than ustekinumab and placebo in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Previous bimekizumab Phase 2 clinical studies have shown both rapid and durable clinical improvements in skin clearance, as well as a safety profile in line with expectations from this MoA. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of bimekizumab in moderate to severe plaque PsO over 1 year compared with both placebo and ustekinumab.
