Our first paper today by Walter Reinisch and his colleagues highlight the latest update from the Phase 2 MANTA and MANTA-Ray studies, exploring the impact of filgotinib semen parameters and sex hormones in men with inflammatory diseases. In the second paper, David Simon and his team investigate the impact of baricitinib on volumetric bone mineral density and several other markers of bone health in RA patients.

Our second paper the goes on to evaluate a case report of a 45-year-old male, with AS, and adalimumab-induced refractory paradoxical palmoplantar pustulosis, after failure of prior secukinumab treatment.
